Spencer Lin, DDS

Meet Dr. Lin

Born and raised in Vancouver, Dr. Lin earned his Bachelor of Science and Doctorate of Dental Medicine at the University of British Columbia. He completed a general practice residency at BronxCare Hospital and then furthered his education in oral and maxillofacial surgery by completing two-year-long internships at The Brooklyn Hospital Center and Woodhull Medical Center in New York, USA. He then completed his four-year full scope oral and maxillofacial surgery training at Woodhull Medical Center, affiliated with New York University Grossman School of Medicine.

Dr. Lin has authored numerous book chapters and journal articles with a range of topics from dental implants to medical management of complex patients. He has received numerous awards for his excellence in oral and maxillofacial surgery, including BronxCare Research Awards and Woodhull Medical Center Clinical Research Awards.

Serving as chief resident during his residency, Dr. Lin has special interests in dentoalveolar surgery (wisdom teeth extractions, dental implants, preprosthetic surgery), bone grafting, pathology, TMJ disorders, anesthesia and facial trauma. His versatility in various surgical methods allows him to provide personalized care and tailor treatment differently for each patient.
